Common questions
What counts as a shipment?+
One label = one shipment. Returns count separately and are free on every plan. Voided labels within 24 hours don't count. International multi-piece shipments count as one shipment regardless of piece count.
What happens if I go over my monthly limit?+
Overage is charged at $0.20 per shipment on Free and Starter, $0.10 on Growth. Enterprise has no overage. We email you when you hit 75% of your limit so there are no surprises.
Can I switch plans any time?+
Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Annual plans can be downgraded to monthly at renewal.
Do I get carrier rates or your rates?+
By default, Atlas-negotiated rates (often 10–35% below retail). If you have your own carrier accounts (UPS, FedEx, DHL), connect them on Growth and Enterprise and you'll use your own rates with our platform on top.
Is there a free trial of Growth?+
All plans get a free 14-day trial of Growth automatically on signup — no card required. After 14 days you stay on whichever plan you picked (Free, Starter, or Growth) unless you cancel.
Do you support net-30 invoicing?+
Yes, on Growth and Enterprise. Self-serve plans pay by card up front. Net-30 is available with a credit check — apply at signup or in Billing settings.
What about international taxes (VAT)?+
EU, UK, and Canadian customers will see VAT/GST added at checkout automatically. Your invoice shows it as a separate line item.
