Do refunds really happen automatically?+
You approve the refund; Atlas executes it through Stripe to the original payment method and logs it on the RMA. You can also auto-refund on delivery if you prefer.
Can customers start their own returns?+
Yes. Enable the self-service portal in Settings and customers initiate returns at your-domain.com/returns/[order-id] — no human needed.
What return reasons are supported?+
Defective, wrong item, damaged in transit, no longer needed, arrived late, quality issue, and other. Each is tracked for your analytics.
