Create your first shipment

You can ship in five minutes. Here is the exact path.

1. Open the booking form

Go to Dashboard → Ship. Choose Parcel for boxes under 150 lb, LTL for pallets, Air for time-critical international, or Ocean for full or partial containers.

2. Enter the ship-from and ship-to

You can pick from your Address book (Dashboard → Addresses) or type a new one. Mark the address book entry as "default origin" so future shipments pre-fill it.

3. Describe the package

For parcel, enter dimensions in inches and weight in pounds. For multi-piece, click Add another piece — each piece can have its own dimensions. International shipments need an HS code per line item and a country of origin; use the Look up HS code button if you're not sure.

4. Get rates

Click Get rates. We pull live rates from every carrier you've enabled — typically UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, plus regional partners.

5. Pay and print

Pick a rate, confirm the address, click Buy label. The label downloads as a PDF and the shipment lands on your dashboard with a live tracking link.

That's it. Need a pickup? Open the shipment detail page and click Schedule pickup.
