How many rows can one upload handle?+
Up to 5,000 rows per file on Growth and above; 500 on Starter. Larger? Split into multiple files or talk to us about Enterprise.
What if some rows have bad data?+
They fail validation and are listed with the exact error. The rest of the batch ships fine. Fix the failed rows and re-upload just those.
Does it work for international shipments?+
Yes. Add hs_code, country_of_origin, and customs_value columns and we generate the commercial invoice for each one automatically.
How am I charged?+
Your card on file is charged the batch total once all labels are bought. Atlas never partial-charges — if a card declines mid-batch we pause and resume when payment clears.
