How accurate is the number?+
It uses GLEC default factors, accepted for order-level reporting. If you have an audited carrier-specific factor, we will use it for shipments on that carrier.
Does this cost extra?+
No. Carbon reporting is included on Growth and above, and the per-shipment number shows on every plan.
Can I offset directly?+
We surface an estimated offset cost on your dashboard. Direct offset purchasing is on the roadmap.
